Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests for orders that have been processed and prepared for shipment are subject to an AED20 cancellation fee. This is a common carrier fee for package interception.
If you decide you want to cancel your order after the item has been shipped, you will be charged the shipping fee and cancellation fee, return pairs must be unworn, in original good condition and in the original packaging. After you refuse the item(s) and we receive the product back you will receive a credit note minus the shipping fee amount within 7 days of delivery. All returned item(s) might be subject to an additional AED20 restocking fee.
Credit notes are valid for 12 months and can be used online or in store.
Refund Policy
In case of order cancellation, your refund will proceed within 3-7 business days from submission of your cancellation. We will update you via email once your refund has been initiated.
The total time for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on your refund method and issuing bank. We will refund the full amount of the product canceled but the customer bank may charge a transaction fee as per their policy.
If the company does not get a response from the customer within a week, order gets cancelled automatically.
If we refund by credit card, we will only refund the final amount we received, and bank charges will be borne by customer.
Refunds will only be provided through bank, in the case of cash payment the customer will have to provide their bank details in order to receive the refund.
Return or exchange of the product
All purchased are valid for Exchange within 14 days, if products are damaged in transit then the exchange proceeds within 5-10 business days from submission of the complaint but no order cancellation or return is accepted after the order is delivered. In the situation of damaged goods, customers can ask for an exchange via email or the contact number provided on the website. The customer has to provide an image or video of the damaged products while filing a complaint about damaged goods.
For international orders please be aware that customs duties, taxes and charges vary by country and such we are not liable for any other fees incurred with international shipping other than the shipping cost.
If the item is refused delivery by the clients on international orders for any reason, no refund will be provided and additional charges will apply.
For all international sales it is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange return of the item back to our warehouse in Dubai for exchange and returns.
